Thirty Seconds to Mars (also known as 30 Seconds to Mars) is an American rock band that was formed in 1998 in Los Angeles, California, and consists of brothers Jared Leto (lead vocals, guitar, bass, keyboards) and Shannon Leto (drums, percussion), with various line-up changes during the years.
An interesting fact about Thirty Seconds to Mars is about what is known as The Echelon, as it is an international fan base that is devoted to the band. The glyphs prevalent on the album covers and tattooed on the band members are shared by fans worldwide in both displays of ink on skin and also public displays of the triad formation.
