Enjoy!
K's Choice is a Belgian rock band that was fromed in the mid-1990s in Antwerp. K's Choice core band members are siblings Sarah Bettens (lead vocals, guitar) and Gert Bettens (guitar, keyboard, vocals), and they are joined by Tom Lodewyckx (lead guitar), Bart Van Lierde (bass), Reinout Swinnen (keys) and Wim Van Der Westen (drums).
In the early 1990s, Sarah Bettens and Gert Bettens played in an amateur band called The Basement Plugs. This led to Sarah being discovered and she was offered a chance by a label, thanks to her smoky and enigmatic voice.
In 1993, K's Choice had five (more or less) permanent band members and the band toured The US and Germany in support of The Indigo Girls. The band was first known as The Choice, and when they learned that there's another group in The US by the same name, they decided to change the name of their band, in order to avoid legal problems.
They decided on the name of "K's Choice" by going through the alphabet, and see which letter would sound best in front of the word choice, and so, they became to be known from that moment on as K's Choice.
